The teenage girls whose natural fearlessness and determination will strike fear in the status quo and move mountains as if they were feathers. On January 17th of this year, the McLean County Democrats approved a guiding set of principles and values, among these being that we believe in: “EQUAL RIGHTS, with dignity and respect for all individuals regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, color, economic status, disability, age, occupation, or NATIONAL ORIGIN. “ It is now time to put our words into action.
