Swearing in of New County Board Members
In the 2018 midterm elections, McLean County Democrats picked up two additional seats on the McLean County Board. Supporters were invited to attend the swearing in on Dec 3rd at 8 am, 4th floor of the Government Center.

Watch Party, 2019!
We worked tirelessly the last two years and it was time to PARTY! Hundreds of Dems turned out to celebrate our candidates, volunteers, and supporters while watching the votes roll in. The party began with a performance by the talented and lovely Sara Quah and then kicked up a notch with DJ Rated AG!!!!

The Labor Day parade theme for this year was #YourVoteYourVoice, as chosen by the Building and Trades Council.The McLean County Democrats had candidates, floats, music, and our very own Senator Dick Durbin!

Democrat Day Kickoff Rally with JB!
The McLean County Democrats joined Senator Dick Durbin, and Democratic Candidates JB Pritzker, Juliana Stratton, Nikita Richards for McLean County Clerk, and McLean County Democrats chair Erik Rankin for a rally to kick off Democrat Day in McLean County at the JB Pritzker campaign office at 417 N. Main St. in Bloomington, IL on Wednesday, Aug. 15 at 10am. The rally kicked off a day of Democratic events that finished with the Baldini Scholarship Dinner later that evening. The next day, Democrats from all over the state were in Springfield to celebrate Democrat Day at the Illinois State Fair.

Baldini Scholarship Dinner 2018
The Democrats of McLean County held our annual Baldini Scholarship Dinner on Wednesday August 15, 2018 at The Radisson Hotel & Conference Center in Normal. We had two phenomenal speakers: Litesa E. Wallace, Democratic member of the Illinois House of Representatives from Rockford, and Jennifer Welch, President and CEO Planned Parenthood of Illinois. These dynamic women were eager to share their knowledge, experience, and hope for our local party!

The McLean County Democrats, the Democrats at ISU, and the IWU College Democrats hosted a Meet and Greet with the Democratic Candidate for Governor, JB Pritzker on Tuesday, May 8 from at the Hanson Center at IWU. JB made a brief presentation and answered our questions.
