The McLean County Democrats held their May General Meeting on Thursday, May 16. Candidate for the 13th Congressional District, Betsy Dirksen Londrigan made an appearance and the featured guest speaker was Kristin Rae, founder and CEO of Inspire Travel Luggage.

Kristin spoke about how the Trump Tariff Taxes were hurting her business:
“Our president is going out and saying that China is paying these tariffs like we are punishing China, and that is not true. It is an American importer that is paying that tax bill," she said.
